Family Suite at Bateleur Camp available for bookings from 08 March
The family room at &Beyond Bateleur Camp will be available to book from 08 March, the same time that the camp’s North Camp is set to open. The Family Suite will form part of current room numbers, so no additional rooms have been added. Two tents will be joined by a canvas corridor, which can be opened or closed depending on the need of the guests. Thus, the rooms can be sold separately, (with the corridor closed) or together (with the corridor opened). The Family Suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (third child will be on a request basis).
The completed camp is receiving a complete refurbishment offering spacious tented suites which retain the authenticity, intimacy and classic safari atmosphere while including new details such as built-in daybeds set on spacious verandas, lighter interiors and convenient butler hatches. A stone courtyard will be accessed through the beautifully redesigned bathrooms.
Additional features will include:
- A massage sala situated next to a tranquil water feature will be a brand new addition to the camp’s guest areas
- A well-equipped fitness centre will cater for active travellers
- An elegant coffee and gin bar will take pride of place
- A well-stocked Safari Shop will be on hand for a spot of retail therapy
