Rebuild at Sausage Tree Camp at the end of the 2017 season! As soon as the last guests depart in November they will be completely demolishing all guest rooms and rebuilding from scratch. There will now be one room type “Luxury Suites” of which there will be 7 and a brand new 2 bedroom “Kigelia House” still making Sausage Tree Camp an 18 bed camp.
The rooms will be constructed closer to the river’s edge from canvas & eco man made “wood” while decorated with soft linens, natural wood and modern furniture. Each Luxury Suite consists of a lounge area, bedroom, indoor bathroom with open air shower, sliding doors leading out onto a large deck complete with lounge area and private plunge pool.
